Terms and Conditions 

Little Hearts Counseling provides professional mental health services to children and adolescents, including individual therapy, play therapy, family support, and consultations with
parents and caregivers. All services are delivered by qualified and licensed mental health professionals. 
Note: Our services are not suitable for emergency situations. If you or your child are in crisis, please call emergency services or visit the nearest emergency room immediately. 

Services are provided to minors only with the informed consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians must participate in the intake and treatment planning process.

• Sessions are by appointment only. 

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. 

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice for non-emergencies will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee 

All client information is kept confidential in accordance with applicable laws and ethical guidelines (e.g., HIPAA, state privacy laws). Exceptions include: risk of harm to self or others, suspected child abuse or neglect, or court orders or other legal obligations. In such cases, we are legally required to take appropriate action, which may involve disclosing information to relevant authorities. 

We may offer teletherapy sessions when appropriate. Clients must have access to a secure and private location for sessions. Telehealth may not be suitable for all concerns, and we reserve the right to determine appropriateness. 

The Little Hearts Counseling website provides information about our services and mental health topics. It is intended for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. 
Users agree not to:
