Our Journey, Our Heart, Our Vision
Building Trust and Resilience
At the heart of Christine’s work is a belief in every child’s capacity to grow, heal, and thrive. Her integrative approach combines:
-
Developmental Psychology
-
Attachment Theory
-
Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT)
-
Sensory and Emotional Regulation Strategies
Therapy is always tailored to the unique needs of each child and family, with a focus on building trust and resilience over time.
Working Together
Parents and caregivers are essential partners in the therapeutic process. Whether through dyadic therapy, progress check-ins, or collaboration with schools, Christine works closely with families to create consistent, supportive environments for emotional growth.

Our Mission
At Little Hearts Counseling, our mission is to help children and families navigate emotional challenges with care, compassion, and clinical expertise. We believe that every child deserves to be seen, heard, and supported — especially during their most vulnerable moments.

A Focus on Early Childhood
Christine specializes in therapy for children from infancy through middle school — a stage where emotional support and guidance can make a lifelong impact. With a deep understanding of early development and attachment, she helps families address behavioral issues, emotional dysregulation, and mental health needs in ways that are age-appropriate and effective.
